Congrats im pretty sure a lot of people remember their first flat tailwhips, as being pretty epic. So grats.

If you plan on being a part of the forums, take some time and just look around..Make sure you post in the right sections and stuff. And definatley do what Jon said, take a while and head to the Videos section, and just watch some..it will give you a lot of motivation to keep riding, and give you some new ideas for new tricks to try.

2 months for me. troublesome. i tried kicking with my other foot and got it in 5 minutes. then saw a post saying tie your feet together with a shoe lace. did that and landed another 5 min later.
