Yes it does, ski is ugly and looks like crap. Scooters are clearly built so you stand goofy or regular, not on the dropouts. If you want your feet facing forwards, buy a bike.

I ride regular and switch pretty well compared to most people who ride switch.

This is false. People ride ski naturally, thus it is natural for them, which makes it easier.
