rolled ankle bad

i rolled my ankle real bad trying to 450 to fakie a hip at a local spot, its swollen and bruised like nuts, anybody else roll there ankles lately?

i did it pretty recently, sprained it bad. i landed with one foot on the foldy in front of a bunch of people as soon as got to the skatepark, and it rolled over bad. sprained ankles suck.
some advice: STAY OFF IT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY HEALED and try to ice it. also, after the first few days its best not to use a splint and after that limit the use of tape as much as possible. you want it to get stronger again and stay flexible. if it doesn't heal properly your ankle could be messed up forever. i suggest look online about it, theres some good info.
 
Yeah i did ..

(this one is a funny one it didn't hurt that bad )

i was at school i was like "look at me shuffle brah" and i tried to shuffle and rolled my ankle me and 3 of my firned could hear it crack. 3 times..

and then after i got over that i rolled it soo bad at some place i forget. i got a hairline fracture. :(

i did a 25 metre fakie with a fractured ankle though. still retaining my skill haha !grr

yer one day i thought that i just sprained my ankle because i tryed to do a 3 whip and ate it and my ankle was killing and i have a mate that always rolles his ankles and his telling me its just rolled so the next day i went to the hospital just to be shaw and it turned out that i had broke my foot

haha, i didnt listen to that once. i rolled it again in a week and had to wear an ankle brace for like a month
it hurt soooo bad
 
i have to wear a knee brace, haha. i got kicked at a soccer game in the knee cap and now it shifts out of its groove. but anyway, I rolled my ankle once and snowboarded the next day. ouch.
