Im not saying anything cause its not my arguement, but i will point out one fact. In corys thread he wrote "only post in here if you are definatly buying some" and people did post there bar heights, hence meaning a sale just occured.

Bwahahahaha seems like the whole rule 15 affair did more promotion of the new bars than one thread that wouldnt be closed. Same thing as with the Da Vinci Code and other scandalic stuff...
A kind of offtopic, but I dont quite get the design of new bars, do the handlebars hold on with no welding to the main pipe (so you can remove them with a big hammer impact or something)? if yes and they not fall off after sometime, it seems awesome and I wonder if it's possible to make like a long ass fork and then attach the bars to them this way...

Dude you are so full of shit it is unbelievable. You said in 3 threads "I HAVE 15 NEW RAD BARS FOR SALE" how are you even trying to talk your way out of this??? I told you if you want to know how tall people ride their bars then look at the previous polls of the month because 136 people already told you but you still insisted on posting new threads about it saying it had nothing to do with you selling bars which is the biggest bunch of bullshit ever. So here is a few questions I have for you:
If you weren't trying to sell bars (even though you were since you've said it about 10 times now) then why were you asking specific peoples dimensions and if they were buying for sure or not?
Why would you even talk about selling them at cost when you had no intention of doing so? To try and get around the rules? Or to try and get peoples sympathy with all your bitching about how unfair I'm being because you aren't even making any money of them even though you just said you will be making $7 profit on each set (that is $105 PROFIT for those of you who don't know how to multiply)?
You say making a little profit is nice after spending an hour on each set of bars well you know what's even nicer? Breaking even after 3 and a half years of maintaining this site which still hasn't happened yet. The $7 you make on each set of bars is more then I have EVER made off of this site so why don't YOU fuck off.
Asking you to support the site you do your business on is not asking a whole lot at all. Never ONCE did you ask my permission. Never ONCE did you ask how you could advertise properly. Never ONCE did you offer to chip in. I appreciate the fact that you bought wheels and a shirt and repped SR in the paper but you did that on your own accord not Rad Scoot Co. Oh and did you know "Co." is short for COMPANY and not your personal project?
I am not being THAT unreasonable by asking the people profiting off my site to help out a little. I told you I would have given you your own section in the classifieds if you talk to me about it and I probably would have done it for $5 which is LESS then the $7 you are making off of ONE set of bars. If you were really trying to be such a saint by sacrificing all your profit just to get the bars out there to people to help the sport then why is sacrificing $5 so much to ask when you are making more then that off of one sale that you most likely made through MY SITE.
I was going to let KC advertise before he moved and he had no problem. I let Martin sell his posters on here because he talked to me first and we made a deal in exchange for photos for the SR calendar and I am letting Whip Scooters advertise on here once they get up and running because they all had the courtesy to talk to me first before they used my site for business.
You probably already sold all 15 bars by default just because you made such a big deal about actually having to help out this site so you win but don't ever expect it to happen again. From now on I am deleting any thread even remotely related to your company. Congradulations on being a dickhead.

I know neither of us have big business operations but the difference between us is I HAD respect for yours.
My entire scooter is custom made so you don't need to tell me what it takes to make one. I have designs that will blow yours out of the water any day of the week so don't act like throwing some tubing in a chop saw and welding them together is anything difficult because I've done it more then enough to know it's not.
It is only personal because you made it that way. You showed no respect for my site or my requests and I called you on it; simple as that. So if you want to be a tough guy then I do hope we never meet.
On that note you are getting banned just like you requested. If you want to come back after you cool down a bit you know where to find me.

I think the companies should have to pay the head admin (Andrew) a fee and then there would be like a gif or picturee on the homepage and you clcik on it and a link pops up so you can order the bars

thats a stupid rule imo. that like me going to the "sell your stuff" section and selling a whole bunch of parts, not against the rules, right? now if i say its the" vfox scooter part company" its against the rules. its just a name, its the same thing as someone selling parts to ppl all the time. and on top of it hes not making a profit, which some ppl do. he'd be paying with money out of his own pocket if he chiped in. and isnt that what the t-shirts and stuff are for? so he's paying money to help others, thats not right. but its andrews website so he can do what ever he wants. thats just how i see it.

Im Nuetral (Like Switzerland) But the sell your stuff is to trade or sell small, 1-off things and not create a retail market out of them. Also, although there is some contriversy, this is Andrews site, and I'm not trying too put anyones points down, but, his site, sid rules. I hate getting involved in these kinda things, this is exactly whats wrong with scootering, bickering over stuff like this, we get enough stick from skaters, rollers and BMXers, and now OURSELVES. And Pete your bringing up some Valid points, but this is in no way like drug dealing, its helping the sport but taking advantage of Andrews hospitality, website and whatever else to some extent. Andrew has a right to be worried because if he lets advertising go on, on this site its just a matter of time until people who coyldn't give a crap about the sport come prancing in and spamming their crappy merchandise, but as well, the bars would help a lot of scooterers and thats important too.
Now, I guess the question is, can we all solve this in a calm, adult, mature, dignified manner, or are we just gonna spend all of our time calling each other vulgar names and stuff?? Come on. Stop acting like such children. I'm sorry I had to inervene but, I'm just trying to help.
