I own SR.
I know some of you don't agree with it but the rules are the rules. This forum is here for people to come and talk about the sport not to come and do their business. Period.

Plus, in Cory's case he is being a complete ass after I told him 10 different times ways he could advertise on my site that I would be fine with and he never once contacted me. Instead he just caused uneccessary drama on the forum.

Let me know what you guys think.

I got myself banned.
I think its fine, i wouldnt want anyone making money on my website without getting somthing out of it. Hes just being an idiot.

Id rather stay out of this one...My opinions are torn right now. But in the end i support Andrew, and will always as long as im a Mod on this site...this was jes a tough a Situation...so its a lil different.

No need to thank me...Me and Brian have been Mods on here long enough..to the point where we will support you in all changes, or rules...Though i might give my opinion on it, just know that in the end i will still have your back...Im really only speaking for me and Brian, because a lot of the newer mods i dont really know much...But i know Brian well enough to know that hes with me on this one...So no worries.

Cory does blow things way out of proportion outside of SR to. I agree wiht you also andrew, if it wasn;t for SR the scooter comunity would be 5% of what it is today.
I also think that cory is selling these Bars to imprve the sport and probably didnt think about the whole advertising rule becuase he thought he was only helping. I dont wanna be a 50/50'er but he could have aproached this subject a different way.

David is right...see unlike KC, who was jes trying to plug his company and blah blah...posting links to his sites and all this. I believe Cory was very well intentioned, and did not expect it to turn into what it did...that being a argument and minor power struggle...and naturally when someone is caught off guard, with rules he in fact wasnt aware he was breaking at the time...he went on the defense...it was a small misunderstanding and its done now...however to avoid problems like these in the future, we need to find a way to break it to the board...and let them know what is allowed and not allowed...cause i dont think many of them understand that yet....especially when it regards rule 15....Although not to many riders aside from Phil, and Cory, and Pete are actually making new products...and Pete hasnt even begun to mention making more or selling...but i still think this rule has to be clarified for everyone to understand.

I know his intentions were good otherwise I wouldn't have even given him the time of day. I just did not appreciate the fact that he disregarded EVERYTHING I said and continued making new threads trying to get around the rules instead of just listening to what I was telling him.

Also, Rule 15 was announced in the news on the front page when KC was doing all his TKS stuff and even if Cory didn't read that I still tried to explain it to him a hundred times.

If it needs better clarification for future reference that is fine but in Cory's case I clarrified it more then enough for him to get the picture.

I don't know, maybe sometime next week. I would prefer it if he would talk to me first but he does not strike me as the kind of person who is going to do that so I'll just keep him banned long enough to get my point across.

i checked their IP-addresses yesterday already, they don't have the same IPs, although i also thought they have.

I Dont see anything wrong wiht Phil's sig yet but it will be somthing that will have to be watched when it acually does take place.

Yea, just keep an eye on it I guess. If it starts getting out of hand or he tells people to look at his signature to try and get around the rules or something then we can step in.
