Your images aren't as sharp because your shooting at crazy small aperture like f/29. I try to not go smaller than f/16 as the diffraction of the light boucing through the lens produces a softer image. Shoot at a larger aperture like f/16 and you will get sharper results

While taking this, a man was on the verge of commiting suicide by jumping off Coronado Bridge. The red streaks on the water are coming from the police cars on the bridge. The man later jumped.
