San Francisco for the summer

My mom said this summer I could go to Woodward for the month of July. Do they allow scooters there during the summer sessions? I will be riding BMX too.

ALSO: She said I could stay the month of august with her friend that lives in San Francisco. Are there any good parks there and does anyone live near there that would want to ride?

I'm still deciding whether I should stay august. Does Woodward West have good park?
