Scooter build ideas

sorry for another one of these threads but i have about 150 possibly 200 to build a scooter and i want some recommendations. My friend has my heptrons and hasnt payed me so i think i will ask for them back and i have an ultra pro with no headset. I used to scooter so ill prob go for scs and threadless again but most of you probably know the best options for the lowest price. Thanks!

what about wheels? when i quit scootering i didnt remember there being any very good wheels available. has anything new and great come out?

Titetoyz has some cheap yet good quality wheels.
Go for HIC bars + threadless. skip the SCS, its more money than you'd need to spend.
