scooter building comp

Nah, mine might be lighter than what Dibbs' scooter is now, about 12 or 13 lbs. It's gonna be heavy again though when I'll have my wheels made.

Haha.

Andrew is def in the lead, because he actually has something done, but i'm still sketching things and trying to make better and better and eventually make some good stuff when i'm sure that i'm ready for it.

edit.
Most of my free money goes on maintaining my scoot but currently i've reached a point where i've bought some parts which will outlive myself, i'll probably die before they break lol. But that doesn't count on the entire scoot - no decent grips, skategrip nor wheels will outlive anybody lol. Anything can happen.

So i'm at a loose end - wether or not i'll save the money for custom parts OR i'll save it for big-ass trips.

No.

- because there's no prize except the joy that you actually created something to yourself;
- because the stuff would be just so diffirent, with all kinds of diffirent solutions, one stronger than the other, one more functional than the other. It really depends on idea and purpose and everyone's own taste.

lol, yeah, it was heavy because i was watching jesse struggling on TAILWHIPS on flat ground with it. lol

That just sounds like it's heavy as Egon's deck, because i know i was struggling flat tailwhips on that too.
