Threaded means theres threads on the outside of your forktube (your pro model fork has these). Threaded forks allow you to use those two nuts under your bar clamp to secure your headset to ensure that it stays at the correct tightness. The downside to threaded forks is that they are alot weaker due to the metal being only half as thick where the threads are. Many people break threaded forks, thus why threadless is superior.

You can use any compression system with threadless forks, ICS (which is the bolt that goes into your bars with a starnut), SCS (which is the Proto Brass Knuckle), or HIC (which is offered by Rad.

Lucky V2 forks are very good, you won't be dissapointed.

To put everything together, it depends what compression system you run.

If you run SCS - http://protoscooters.com/

If you run ICS - you need to hammer your starnut into your bars, thread the bolt from the bottom of your fork with the provided washer, through your headtube, and thread it into your starnut that you installed to your bars. I would suggest using loctite on the starnut before you install the bolt, so that it stays tight. After you install the bolt to the right tension for your headset, just tighten your clamp and your ready to go.

If you run HIC- you'll need to hammer your starnut into your forktube and put the HIC shim on top of your fork. Once again use loctite on the starnut and thread the provided bolt through your shim into your fork until you get the right tension. After that just slip on your bars and your clamp and your good.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
