Scooter Maintenance?

Honestly thanks to vertx I haven't touched my scooter other than to ride it hard everyday for almost 2 months. It stays dialed and solid so well

My back wheel nearly fell off today, headset creaks and doesn't stay tight. You bastard

i tighten my headset every week or so I don't mind when the headset wobbles a tiny bit so i just leave it but any worse and i tighten it and i tighten the wheels whenever they come loose and grip-tape like every 3 months and I occasionaly grease my headset

i have to put new bearings in about every week
but thats pretty much it

omfg!!!!!! how do you manage that! my bearings have lasted me years 0_o

I use whiteout as loctite its pretty ghetto but it works

Wow why didnt i thnk of this?? Im doing this now.. Do you think paint would work? Or would it be TOO strong and get your bolts stuck

I get in a propper strop when there is the slightest noise or movement that there shouldn't be. Gets me in loads of trouble with my parents.

Last night i bought every bolt for my scooter, loctite'd them, Tightened the shit out of them. Then when tightening my scs one of the bolts snapped. Fuck.

You're fine, I snapped 2 SCS bolts, so I only ride 2, and its been fine for like, months.

down in aussie land hardware stores are useless! you'd have to custom order the bolts to get all the ones for a scooter, approximately how much does it cost to replace every bolt? i think i need to replace afew bolts, also, are tjhe ones you buy seperately better than the ones that come on the scooter? in general.
