scooter problems!!!!

Hey guys I really need some help.. I just got the HIC system, and the cane creek s1 headset, and lucky oversized PrY Bars, and smx forx, now heres the problem.... I got the headset on and put the fork on and the bars but in the end it has a woble I dont know if it can be fixed or if its permanant just wanted some feed back, (by the way the fork also moves back and forth with the bars and the top of the headset that actually has the lizard on it moves aswheel dont know if it helps but please help me!)

Justin I dont know if I did because I took it to the bike store to have them do it and Michael Sorry what do you mean when you say bearings in correctly?? and Pinch ring???
I'm new to the cane creek s1 and there were alot of parts il just tighten it, but what do you guys mean tighten it more? the HIC COMPRESSION? and lucky double clamp

yes tighten the hic compression, but for the bearings they should be flat on one end, but then on the other end(face) there should be a lil slope. you place the sloped side facing inwards in the cups. and the pinch ring is a lil blue ring, you place that on the top bearings, press it down then you place the flat gold ring on top of that.
