well we'll decide on a song. than i'll lay down the drum track and send that to the bass player, who will add the bass part. who will then send it to the guitarist, who will put his part, and the solo (if there is one). then he'll send it to the vocalist who will put the vocals in. then we'll each get a copy and each do our own mixing and we'll all compare and see who's is best, then that will be the final product. thats how online bands work
