I dont like the idea of a basic set of questions, that would be so boring, and i want to make sure i get interviewed, i made this thread because i kinda want to get some exposure and get an interview

Edit: ive been riding for a little over 3 years now

I don't think join date would matter, but rather position in the community, whether the fellow is interesting, which would would definitely be found more in the more experienced people on this site

I knew people would say that, its the logical way to go anyways, i acknowledged that the more suitable people would be older, but it is ridiculous to completely rule out anyone

Its not ridiculous, Many forums have join date restriction on many things. They dont want to interview little kids and trolls.

Then don't dude, did you read any of my post? I said to interview people who are interesting and have a place in the community.

It sounds douchey, but well known people HAVE to be chosen. If we are just choosing a bunch of people who nobody knows and cares about, the interviews are going to get so damn boring. I, for one, don't really have any interest in reading about some kid I have never met, and probably never will.

i feel like interviewing unknown people (like myself), would be good if it's not done super often. it would give them the chance to get recognized, but i get what you're saying. and i think join date and number of posts should matter a little bit, but not too much.

This is a great idea! I think it should be a video interview and some set questions and then say 3 things about yourself and maybe a line and or a picture in the video/interview

i think a once a month interview on og's and pros would also be cool aswell, so like have the normal one once a week and then at the end of each month have a bonus interview (but dont get that interview to overshadow the interview of the unknown guy).
also the interview should be optional as some people may be tight for time or stressed at the point when they get asked.
or we could have a volounteer system with a list of people on in waiting but then have some restriction to stop noobs.

You could do a "Meet a Member Weekly" with a set of standard quick-fire questions and a few random ones that are randomly picked/written weekly featuring more in-depth or unique topics. I really like the picture submission thing too. A few pictures to go along with a weekly, random-member interview would be really fun to see and would absolutely get me on here more often than two or three times a week.

I still don't want to hear about anybody who isn't well known. I don't see the point about reading about random kids

this idea is deff a good one, but some people (cough cough^) are being dicks about it. let the mods figure it out. i feel like it would have to be weekly tho and not monthly. monthly would be really boring
