Scooter Resource not functioning properly for me?

So my friend wants to make an account and everytime I go to log out itll log me out and then when I press, go back to previous page, or forums, or even exit out, itll still show me in the upper right corner being logged in therefore i cant make an account for my friend. a little strange and frustrating..
