why do i need bearing spacers in my wheel?

It helps so when you tighten down on your axle, the bearings won't get pressed in and bent up which causes them to either not spin at all or be very slow. So basically if you have the bearing spacers, you go faster.

pheonix integra's, i wanna know more about them, everyone is just always hating on them, but you never hear about them chunking/dehubbing/ovalizing, all everybody says is "they feel like flat tires" so i just want more opinions on them!

A few people have broken them. Its easier to chunk and dehub a softer wheel.
They actually do feel like flat tires though, So compressible.

you will be able to see if the wheel is ovalized lol

No you can't. When you ovalize a wheel it is off by like 0.0065 of an inch
