Technically it is not backward rotation, even though it looks like. You just turn the bar 180 degrees not to twist youre arms. It is like trying to rotate your arm backwards (like in backstroke swimming), as the skin covers all of your body its not possible to technically rotate the arm backwards so you have to twist it around 180 degrees to finish the rotation.Jasper AKA Jabba said:just asking?
