my friend went to physical therapy, when the measuered his calves the one he pushed with was 2cm bigger than the other

I reckon my legs have gotten much stronger than they were before I started riding. But I don't know about the top half of my body. I still got manboobs.

Bowl riding is probably one of the best cardio workouts. Idk if it made you THAT much stronger, it was probably just puberty. Unless you're too old for that.

well i hit puberty a couple years ago and it really wasn't till this year that i started getting like stronger and i do think it is pumping and stuff like that cause i ride alot of big park bowls and stuff every day...i also think flairs and bris are contributing to it
