Does scooter resource set bolts for folding mechanisms. I didnt know because I think they are out of stock right now.

No, but you can buy them at C4, Inward, a bunch of other scooter stores, and your local hardware supply store. I also doubt the SR store will ever sell bolts, especially becase they proto is making a deck and because one piece decks are the shiznit.
