SCS Bolt Snapped in Fork.

My SCS has been messed up for a while due to stretching and wouldnt grip my forks so my wheel would turn even when my bolts were so tight they were snapping alen keys. So I twisted my bars until they were tight enough for my bars not to move. This worked for a while but eventually the bolt got jammed and when I took my bars off and went to loosen my SCS bolt into the fork it snapped. I'm wondering if there is anyway to get the bolt out of the forks ? I have heard of bolt extractors... Not sure if this will work in this situation...

Try and grab the bolt with a wrech or something, if your ideas don't work just try and break the starnut inside and replace it.
To break the starnut just use a flathead and hit the prongs until they snap.

pliers will work if the snapped 'stub'b sticks out. otherwise you'll vave to get a balloon and strecc the rubber over the blunt end of a pencil and use the friction that the pencil creates when spun to untwist the bolt
if that doesnt work try a magnet, and if it still doresnt work go from thre other side.

take another bolt or anything in that shape super glue it to that bolt let it sit until its dry and then thread it out

BUT BE CAREFUL AND DONT GET SUPER GLUE INTO THE THREADS OTHERWISE YOUR SCREWED

Not 100% sure but is it possible to take an allenwrench or something skinny and put it through the other end and lightly tap it with a hammer?
