scs, if assembled correctly is dialed AF. hic is easier to assemble/get dialed. but scs is wayyyyyyy stronger, and doesn't weigh as much as it looks.

Go with HIC man, even the slightest amount of weight could effect a lot to your scooter. Well it does for me.

HIC > SCS > Threaded > ICS

I stand by this.
