Make sure your bars don't have a slit.
What headset are you using? Make sure your crown race is on right, the bearings are in right, headset all the way in, top cap all the way down, etc.
What fork?
If the SCS has ever been ridden on threaded forks the inside could be messed up and too large causing the wobble.
Hit your starnut in a little further.
Hammer the SCS down with a rubber mallet and tighten the compression bolt more.

i got a new idea
1. take off scs
2. open window
3. throw it as far as you can

Tempting.

It's cool guys im not retarded i dont have a slit, my headset is all correct but im getting new bearings for it soon, im riding proto strikers, and the slit in the scs is even all the way down.

Im fairly certain it will be working fine once i get new bearings and put it all back together.

EDIT: I have hammered the starnut in a little further and i will be running a couple of little spacers once i get a longer compression bolt.
And i know to hammer the scs down and then tighten the compression.
im still open to other ideas though.
And it has not been used on threaded furkz.
