SCS Wont Fit Over Forks?

Tighten ALL the bolts back up and loosen them EVENLY.

I tightened all the bolts. After that I tried to loosen up the top bolt a little but it doesnt move. Im sorry im so dumb.

Do NOT use grease.
Use a penny to block a bolt or an allen key between the notch to pull it wider for a sec.

you could, if you wanted to lose all your teeth hopping up a curb

You have to tighten/untighten all 4 bolts at the same time together, not only 2 bolts.

Why not use grease?

Because they think it will slip.
BMXers use grease on their forktubes for their stems, so I'll stick to what I know works.
