so at this place i can get up to 260 a month if i go in twice a week. like 45 mins each visit.

i went and did it and it was super easy. you just sit in a chair and it takes the blood out and separates the plasma then puts the blood back in. which is a one cycle. i did like 8 cycles when i was there. and i got fucking free chedder cheese crackers haha

its just the plasma out of my blood. the blood gets put back in. and your body reproduces enough so there wont like be a huge lack of plasma
