I'm going to have to agree, also, no one would buy or trade parts for an online game. Plus if someone were it would be sooooo easy to scam them by ur security questions and once he pays u or sends u parts u can just take it back. It would all be bad for u because u will be known as UNLEGIT, think about it.

Trying to sell RS accounts for good money is impossible nowadays. Because now people just bot half the skills to 99 and sell the acc for less than 100 because they didn't actually put any effort or time into it so they don't mind the low price. Good luck.
