two years ago at the i tried grinding a rail on a 12 set and my deck broke from my bars and hit my feet on the rail and slipped on to another 10 set and jumped it landed on my ankles shaddered both of them a plate and 4 screws in the left and a plate and 5 screws in the right

i dont do stuff like street anymore or stairs but on box jumps it bothers me but i fight threw the pain
