shattered elbow and broke my humerus in 4 places

i was at local skatepark and i was messin around an i was flying down a ramp and whipped in and ate shit it sucks im out for like months and i had to get sugery heres a pic of x-rays after sugery........

thats kinda wat i did to my elbow, i shattered it into 4 piece, one massive plate, 4 screws, it sucked coz at the tip of m elbow the plate had a big hook on it so everytime i would move the hook would dig straight into the broken bit, also broke my collarbone into 3 places at the same time, it hurts man, but just stick with it.. wen i got my cast off i was allowed to move it, but i wouldhit it against something alot and that hury lol.. but u gotta stretch it wen u get cast off, no matter how much it hurts, stretch it, coz if u dont u guna get the plate and screw out and ur elbow will lock up, so move it wen u allowed man, it helps.. get well
