Shopping Cart Wheels

so i've searched and i didn't see anything on this subject.
so i was just wondering if shopping cart wheels would work on a scooter? (if i find the right size wheels)
and also i want to know what the deal is with putting them on......if they have bearing or what, cuz how would they roll?
cuz i know where to get some of them

yeah that's what i was thinking but i've felt some before, and they were really soft.....like low pro's. i still wanna try and get some.

i found a luggage cart wheel at the airport, i need to file it down a bit but i think it will be good. shopping cart wheels are too hard.

some carts have soft wheels though so it would probobly work
