Should i call the cops?

my friend put his bars in my bag (of course they were sticking out)
someone stole the bars and my friend said it was my fault
i just changed my bars and my friend took the other pair of bars i had and wont give em back to me whatever i say he says it was my fault and hes going to keep my bars.
