I know it is short notice for every rider, but it is going to be worth it.
Tell everyone you know in the area. Tell your mom , tell your cousins. Lets make this the best comp of the summer!
The comp will be taking place at Benjamin Soto Skate Park in Staten Island NYC. ON AUGUST 29th 2009. THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM THE 22nd to the 29th!!

The park picture consists of a 5.5 foot street spine, 3 pyramids,round rail, ledge, 4 foot quarter, 2 grind boxes, box jump, 2 roll ins, stairs , and another round rail.
And, This park picture consists of a little box, big box, 2 6 foot quarters,5 foot quarter. 6 foot double coping spine, another 5 foot quarter.
And for the bowl lovers, a 6' bowl.

This event will be taking place at 12pm sharp. Warm up will begin at 10am.
All the judges will be scooter riders.
A special best trick prize will be given out to of course...the gnarliest trick.
I warn you, there will be more prizes, and free products given at the comp, and posted in this thread as time goes on. While in the process of getting more sponsors for the event, we hope to have not only the best, but the safest, and funniest day of your summer.
I would like to get every company send me stickers for the event BTW.
HELMETS WILL BE A REQUIREMENT FOR NOT ONLY ALL COMPETING , BUT ALL RIDING INSIDE THE SKATE PARK

eople coming from NJ, you take the Outerbridge into Staten Island. When you get over the bridge stay left onto Korean parkway, and get off at Arden avenue. Make a right at the light and take Arden avenue to Hylan Blvd and make left. Stay on Hylan until you get to Midland avenue, then make right. Then proceed about a mile on Midland avenue until you get to the end. Then you make a left at the light and look for the skatepark on your right. You cant miss it.
