Sig Creator Programs

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to make a sig and like an advertisement button (is that what thats called? the thing people use for their teams ya know yeah you do) for myself and friends and I just wanted an easy program or website or anything that I could use to accomplish making one of these as you can see i'm confused and i've just been trying to use photoshop, but photoshop is more of just editing the picture than it is actually creating something useful (or is it) yeah i'm gone

no.. you have to get used to gimp, then I'd say they're both about the same, maybe photoshop is a bit better, but it still isn't free and you have to torrent it if you want it for free..

Gimp is Linux's version of paint which is way better that Paint.
