Skate Parks that allow scooters??

We moved to South Florida this month and are eager to find a skate park for our 9yr old son. It seems that the ones we have found do not allow scooters, which is what my son uses. Anyone know of a park that does?

Sarasota, YMCA in Venice, Cocoa Beach, Skatepark of Tampa. I am not sure what part of south Florida you guys are in. Hope this helps!
