I've been watching him for like a month or more now...?

The list:
- he's got a huge amount of continuous multiple-posts (rule #7 and #8)
- he's bitching around everywhere and anyone (rule #1 and #2)
- sharp tongue
- old thread bumps (one of his latest jobs is this)
- started bitching on me since already the day i gave him a warning. Example: comments on my profile)
- demanding respect basicly with a fact that he's one of the first users on SR, but without a video (rule #3)
- he has used unnecessary vulgar language too much (rule #11)

And he's already got 2 warnings for this and this, although everybody has warned him not to do multiple posts. This kid doesn't learn.

Any comments before someone makes a sudden move?

I havn't kept up on him much so I'll leave it up to you. He seems well intentioned but the rules need to be enforced and I don't like liars. I think his options are:

1. Post a video.
2. Shut up.
3. Get banned.

as far as the respect issue goes but double posting stuff is another issue that only banning will fix if he keeps it up. I don't know I would just ban him for a week or two and tell him his options if he wants to stick around. If he cops an attitude then we can arrange a longer ban.

Ive had my eye on Slasher for a very long time now, and im gonna crack down on him...he has talent on a scooter...ill give him that, but doesnt mean he can throw that attitude all over the boards the way hes been doing...Im gonna be on his ass a lil more now.
