sleeping late

well i just woke up and its 4 in the afternoon

i hate doing this but sometimes i cant help it

i love waking up early at like 8 but its impossible for me

who else sleeps late and do you ever feel like your day is wasted if you do?

I used to, now I wake up at like 9:30 to 10:00 on weekends/holidays no matter what time I go to bed at for some reason.

I normally sleep in untill 10:30 not really that late but when i get up at 7 like today its so much better the day is way longer.

I get up at about 11 every weekend, hate getting up at like 7 since I have to get up at 7 for school every day so no point at weekends lol I like a lie in.

I hate myself for sleeping in. I would get up at like 9 or 9:30 but someone in my family is always on the computer and I have absolutely nothing to do. So I go back to sleep and feel guilty

I used to sleep in until around 11am on weekends but now I just can't sleep in for some reason. It's been good for my riding though because I can get up early and have a longer sesh.

WENT TO SLEEP AT 6AM

As most people know, i dont really sleep. Work last night from 9pm-6am...and its now 6.43pm, and i still havent slept..oh and i got work again at 10pm to 7am...I really need to learn to sleep more.
