HIC Bars at least 23 high and 22 wide. I know they may be hard to find used so ill probably but vertX tees...

HIC Clamp, Tilt preferably, but anything but MGP should do.

it is that the bearings and you dont have any bearing spacers

yes because it spaces the bearings right and you could tightn the axle as hard as you whant and they should still spin fast or at least freely
