im still trying to decide between the iphone and the lucid. if i get the iphone then i have facetime and i can have all my apps and everything from my computer and i already know how to use it and know i like it.

the lucid basically just seems like an android harder to use iphone, i used one at best buy and i dont really like how androids are set up but its nothing i couldnt get used to.

and if i got an iphone i could get the vans case that i really want, and i dont have to worry about breaking either because im really careful with phones. i dont know i think i might just get an iphone, a 32 gig refurb. one is free. is there any difference between 4 and 4s except for siri?

the iphone 4 has an 800mhz processor, the 4s has a 1ghz, the iphone 5 has a 1.3ghz processor...

iphones dont even multi task, thats why older android phones are slower because no one knew how to clear the memory and android actually supports real multi tasking.

theres no reason to pick iphone over android anymore. like at all.

if ANYONE is looking for a 100 dollar phone (with upgrade) get the galaxy nexus. 1.2ghz processor nfc and jellybean make it better than this years iphone even though its a year old already.

So i'm on my second pantech breakout
and this one is shitting the bed worse than the first one did
just gonna do what my dad did and send it back enough times to where they just send me a completely different phone, at this point i don't care if it's 3 or 4g just so long as it works right.

EDIT: Nick don't complain about not getting a smartphone, i didn't even get a flip phone until i was 14 and the only reason i got it that young was because it was cheaper for our plan to have me on than to have me off and the phone itself came free if we had 5 on the plan. Didn't get a smartphone till this year and that was only because my parents felt bad about making me move across the country halfway through highschool (little did they know i gave only 1 fuck which wasn't much)

Well, I had my friends iPhone 4 in my pocket, and it fell out and shattered. Where's the cheapest place to get a new screen?

Bingo, dude, if you're going to get an elite phone, get an elite phone. See, most iphone users have the same mentality "wow, this looks cool, I already know how to use it, and I'm familiar with all the apps and stuff, I want this" and they get it but really, like you said, you can get used to anything.

A phone affects your every day life, and you probably have it for 2 years at a time. For that reason, you should get a nicer phone that you don't need a bulky ass case to keep protected, and that is more powerful, with a little bit longer to get used to it, and maybe an hour of your life in those 2 years trying to figure out all the compatibility with your computer. It's totally worth a tougher and more powerful phone.

I am jealous of people with sprint and tmobile that already have their note 2. I have verizon and have to wait till November 27 to get mine. Stupid verizon release way after all other carries.

I cant figure out how to get my itunes music onto my gs3. anyone know how?

you should have to downlaod a driver when you plug your phone into your computer that gets music from itunes. if it doesnt have you you have to convert the song you want in to MP4 and then they go on your phone

Bump, I'm due a new phone in the next month or so; Ive been looking at Nokia Lumia and Samsung Galaxy but I'm open to basically anything. I'm coming off a blackberry, so anything is an improvement.
I like the look of the Windows operating system on the Nokia, but I don't want to pay a ton, what should I get?

I'm in the UK, so stuff will be different; but I prefer a relatively small phone maybe a little bigger than an iPhone, although not overly bothered. Budget of around £30 a month I think, willing to pay a little more if I have to. I'm more bothered about a good battery life, speed and stuff like that though.
