82.5* headtube, 4.5 wide, 21" long, and nicely balanced would be a good default model I'd say.

A 82.5 or 83 headtube angle. Try using unique widths like 4.25 and 4.75. Be able to use spring brakes as well as flex fenders. Square headtube is also nice.

u could try testing with different metals like titanium or stainless steel if its not too expensive or 7075 aluminium if thats better than 6061
