Snapped Bolts In Scs?

I snapped 2 bolts in my scs and the threaded part is stuck inside, and the head of the bolt snapped of.
Do you know a way to get it out without drilling it?
Thanks

There is a way if getting it out with a drill BUT without removing the threads on the clamp. You take the drill and a drill bit that it about 2/3 the size of the bolt and drill a pilot hole about 2mm deep and then take the drill bit the next size up. And apply quite a lot of pressure and the threaded part of the bolt should twist out.

Or you can get these hardened steel things. You drill a hole into the bolt, then put one of these things (it looks like tapered drill bit with a long, steep thread. Someone help me out here) in the drill, and you should be able to just twist it right out if its not too tight.

Get an extractor kit from a hardware store. They look like screws with reverse threads, and you put them on your drill.
Without drilling them out, if there's a little bit of the thread sticking out, unscrew it with needle nose pliers.
