Bolt the foldy, bolt the bars, bmx grips if you have spares, hot glue the wheels and that's all I can think of for now. Hopefully you're talking about an Old A too.
Okay well you could use some old newspapers or something to put under the wheel you're hot glueing to not make a mess. The guns aren't that expensive either. Bolt the trolley pole bars if you haven't already and get bigger bolts for the foldy so it doesnt wobble.
