sony vegas 9.0 whatever i help need? maybe

well when i make the movies my render settings are. sony avc. youtube higher quality 25p and my camera records widescreen vids and i was just wondering what the best render is for sony vegas cause i dont know this program that well yet bc i just got it not to long ago.

i render my vids in avi and then like ntsc or something but it comes out really good quality

25p? Nono, thats for PAL format cams.

I don't know much about vegas, so i looked at a screenshot of the custom template for exporting.

You want something like
Frame: 720x480
Frame Rate: 29.something FPS, or 30 if its there (UNLESS YOUR CAMERA IS RECORDING OTHERWISE)
Field Order: Lower (if your footage isn't progressive)
Pixel Aspect Ratio: up to you
Video Format: Choose a codec, i usually just use the Microsoft DV codec, use that if its in there, because i compress with a different program. If you want to compress with Vegas your gonna have to mess around here.

format in .MOV in widescreen it looks good but is a massive file
