Speeding up Rotations

I dont understand how you speed up rotations for frontflips and spins. for fronty's, i have done 'em a couple times, but on one launch, and it was slow, and every single time i landed was luck. mine need to rotate faster so i can do 'em off more things. how do i speed up front flips?

and spins... i can 540 but they are kinda slow. not too slow that its luck, but just slow enough. how do i speed up spins like that?

frontflips you cant really speed up, just throw yourself hard and tuck up a lot.

spins, just turn a bit and throw your shoulders into the spin, keep looking to the direction you want to turn

1) Go faster.
2) Go bigger.

- The more time you have in the air the more time you have to pull a trick.

3) Tuck.

- The tighter you tuck, the faster you spin.
