Decent. Not great, but better than Cory's home Internet down there.

i did this with my bro and mom on their phones connected to wi fi, i dont really notice it being slow because i dont download much or upload much

2 phones on your network shouldn't be bringing it down that low. Test it when you've only got your computer connected and everything else is off. I'm running with 3 computers on our wireless network right now and still got that speed.
