Yea I get what your saying. Some teams will choose a rider over another rider who is actualy much better becuase the rider whos better is full of himself and he's "cool" or "popular" in the "scooter community". I think teams/sponsors should choose people with personalitys that they can atleast put up with, but they have to be good enough (whatever level that may be).Dylan said:Lately Ive been seeing all the little scooter teams, or companies and come to this conclusion. To be on a team or ride for a company riding scooters riding dictates about 40% of the chance you have to get on. The other 60% is if your "cool" with everybody on the team. Lately Ive seen quite a lot of people sucking up to certain companies so they can get sponsored and its pissing me off. I'm not naming any people. But in the end the people who are "cool" with everybody on the team get on the team and they don't deserve it, other better riders do but they weren't "cool". I'm not trying to start anything really I'm just trying to point out go ride a scooter, get footage and get sponsored. Not sit online all day and try desperately to hold conversations with people in high places in the scooter community so you can be "cool" and get sponsored. I mean shouldn't it be about riding not being good at persuading people? You suck ups know who you are. I feel sorry for you.
