No, they're 4 piece bars. There are 4 tubes welded together, so called "one piece bars" on scooters are actually two piece bars.

Edit: I think the smallest you can go on the Y ones is 15".

look at bmx bars they use two/four tubes welded together, and they call them two/four piece bars.

the amount of separate tubes used to make the bars is how many piece it is.

lol its not an opinion, its a fact.. it consists of 2 or 4 pieces of metal welded together, hence 2-piece & 4-piece bars.
