yeah i knew the same, plus the thing is a tank, and u cant have a neck and deck welded together,, it is really week and bolts are stronger,, on a scooter

Yes, just like on a bike, you can't weld the top/bottom tubes to the headtube.

a bike is not a scooter... think about it... if u land hard the bars on a scooter go back, that will eventually crack the welds, a bike, u land hard the big wheels take the hit and the bars are straight anyway.... [sorry if i sound mad] [and in all do respect
