In case you missed the news bulletin on the front page, I'll post it here as well.


After a lot of talk about having one, it is finally here!

SR Photo of the Week!


Send all submissions to me via the private messaging system. (ATTN: PTW)

Every Sunday I will make a new thread in the Picture Gallery and the 5 best photos sent in that week will be able to be voted on. The winner will get their photo on the SR frontpage for everyone to see for the entire week!

Some things to keep in mind:

- Only 1 submission per person, per week.
- Riding/Action shots are what we are looking for.
- Video grabs are not photos, do not bother with them.
- Photoshop is alright as long as its within reason.
- Please include Rider/Photographer names, so proper credit can be given. Trick names and locations would be helpful, but not necessary.
- Unless another mod steps up, entries will be sent to ME, if they are sent to someone else they will not be counted!
- Be creative and have fun with it. I'm looking forward to get your submissions.

Does it have to be taken within the week?
Or can it be at any time?
I'd say in the week would be better tbh.
More chance of winning, lol.
And any sport goes?

The first one the picture can be taken anytime really. After that it would be preferable to have it within the week, that way its actually the best photo (taken) in the week. It doesn't matter that much though, I won't nominate anything from the SR Calendar or stuff thats been obviously whored around, and I don't think there is any way I could tell from a submission when the picture was taken besides taking the word from the person who took it. So in a nutshell: within the week preferred, not required.

As for any sport, we are looking for SCOOTER riding/action shots. If there is another sport you think you have a great photo of, it may or may not get nominated. These will be displayed on the front page of the website for everyone to see when entering the SCOOTER resource, so scooter pictures are obviously much preferred to other sports.



Also, I've received a couple submissions already that have not read the entire news post or post in this thread.

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER WEEK.

you should make a new subforum for it and the new threads should be like Week 1, Week 2, etc. just lock the old ones after the week is up or something.
idk just throwing an idea out there

MATT SAID EARLIER THAT THEY SHOULD BE RIDING/ACTION SHOTS INVOLVING SCOOTERS. READ MORE CAREFULLY.
