Keep in mind, Andrew tested like all his products for well over half a year before selling anything. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't rip people off.
My original prototypes are almost 3 years old and are still in perfect condition. We don't advertise them as the best parts available for nothing.
EDIT: Besides, you spend $150 on 3 Pro Models and how long do those last you... think about it.
