what size aluminum square tubing is that?

20mm x 20mm

i use 15mm x 15mm

try 20x20 next time. you get a nice even flat deck and it makes stalls/grinds so much nicer

nahh 15 is much better, smaller, lighter, fits nicely under the ridges so theres no horrible gaps like on 20mm tubes.
15mm with thicker walls ftw!!

i just put a washer in between the deck and the reinfocements looks better,
