steel reinforcements

ok so i break a lot of stuff and i don't care about weight so im getting some steel reinforcements and i tried making them once with just one tube and if i like don't drill perfectly for the axle or the other bolts to hold on the reinforcment it won't go in cuz it might go in at a slight angle the bolt wont go all the way through, any suggestions?

i can't drill it perfect, i tried as hard sa i could to get it perfect, its didn't really work

Drill straight up and down.

yeah its better to have the metal in a vice or step on it and drill STRAIGHT down...and with marker mark what u need to drill.
