steel reinforcements

I'd suggest a drill press, if I had one of those I'd fire out reinforcements in like 2 minutes. You said you made it with a tube? Like a circular tube?

i have steel reinforcements. i just used flat like 1/8 steel i think. not sure exactly. but i just made a mark with permanent marker and drilled as close to the center of that mark that i could, and if it didnt come out perfectly, i just bored (spelling?) out the hole a little. it takes a couple minutes to bore out steel though, so be patient.

I dont know if I'm getting at the right thing but im in the middle of making reinforcements and i wanted the holes exact so I took every bolt off the side of the scooter. I lined the tube along with the deck perfectly and put it ina vice dropouts hanging out. Then I put the drill bit through each drop out holl and drilled straight through the tubing and did so to the other side. I put a mark where the brake nuts were and drilled giant holes to go around them. Gonna do front holes next
